On Saturday, Dec 5, early morning, DARPA will place 10 large red balloons around the USA.
If you see a red balloon, email redballooncash@yahoo.com with the location.
If your location is correct, you can win up to US$10,000.
The earlier you respond, the more you can win.
You do not need to be the first responder in order to win cash, you just need to respond early.
If this team wins the contest, cash will be distributed within 14 days of DARPA awarding the prize.
